Restaurant Review: Jack's Wood Fired Oven

I don't know if anyone else has noticed, but pizza places have been popping up all over Logan lately.  New, delicious pizza places - with the exception of one (in my opinion).  At the top of my list for pizza in the valley is Jack's Wood Fired Oven.

It's located where Henrique's used to be (around 300 N. Main).  Seriously, I have not had pizza this good in Logan ever.  It's super thin crust and no matter how much you eat it's really light on the stomach.  I don't feel like I've even eaten pizza after I finish an entire regular size by myself - that's how light this stuff is.  My favorite is their version of the margarita pizza - I think they call it 'That One Pizza'.  So delicious.  Ntm it's a family-run joint - it's really easy to walk in and feel right at home and connect with Jack's family.  OH!  And it's pretty affordable.  Split a pizza for 2 for around $14.  Worth it.  Do it.  Go there.  Click here to see the menu.

Latest Project

So, being home recovering from my Tonsillectomy, I've had some time to work on some projects.  I sing in a choir at the LDS Institute and we have a fireside coming up.  I've been put in charge of publicity for the events for the year.  Today I worked on the tickets for the upcoming show.

I think it turned out ok.  The colors are sort of Autumn themed.  The right side is to be torn off and kept by the member of the choir so they can keep track of how many people each choir member invited.

Telephones.

I believe this is called "Telephone".

Warm my fruit, please.

This little friend is probably pretty useless, but I still think it's cute.

OhhhhohohoKay.

Cebu Pacific has always been known as a fun airline, we wanted to get the message across to our customers that flight safety doesn’t have to be boring. This was an experiment that we hope to repeat and also a chance to showcase the talent of some of our cabin crew staff.
